本條款適用於 HunterXtop(頂尖獵人) 內部使用的社群媒體管理工具(以下稱「本工具」)。

These terms apply to the social media management tool operated by HunterXtop for internal use.

一、服務內容 What this tool does

本工具讓本公司行銷團隊從單一介面管理自有社群帳號,功能包括:發布與排程貼文、上傳圖片與影片、檢視內容成效數據。

This tool allows our marketing team to publish and schedule posts, upload images and videos, and review performance metrics for our own social media accounts from a single interface.

二、使用對象 Who may use it

本工具僅供本公司內部人員使用,不對外開放註冊。使用者由管理者邀請加入。

Access is limited to authorized personnel of HunterXtop. Public registration is disabled; users are added by invitation only.

三、您的責任 Your responsibilities

僅連接您本人擁有或經授權管理的社群帳號
發布的內容須遵守各社群平台的社群守則與服務條款
不得發布違法、侵害他人權利、或含有不實資訊的內容
妥善保管本工具的登入憑證

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. All content published must comply with the community guidelines and terms of the destination platform, and must not be unlawful, infringing, or misleading.

四、第三方平台 Third-party platforms

本工具透過各社群平台的官方介面運作。您使用本工具發布內容至任一平台時,同時受該平台自身條款的約束。平台的功能變更、服務中斷或帳號處置,非本工具所能控制。

This tool operates through the official APIs of each social platform. Your use is also subject to the terms of those platforms. Changes, outages, or account actions on their side are outside our control.

五、內容所有權 Content ownership

您透過本工具發布的內容,所有權歸您所有。本工具僅在執行您指定的發布動作時處理這些內容,不主張任何權利。

You retain ownership of all content you publish. We process content solely to carry out the publishing actions you request, and claim no rights over it.

六、服務可用性 Availability

本工具以現狀提供,不保證不中斷或無錯誤。我們會盡合理努力維持運作,但不對因服務中斷造成的損失負責。

The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

七、終止 Termination

管理者可隨時移除使用者的存取權。使用者可隨時中斷帳號連接或停止使用。

八、條款變更 Changes

本條款如有修改,將更新本頁最後更新日期。
