本政策適用於 HunterXtop(頂尖獵人) 內部使用的社群媒體管理工具(以下稱「本工具」)。本工具僅供本公司內部行銷團隊管理自有社群帳號使用,不對外開放註冊。

This policy applies to the social media management tool operated by HunterXtop for internal use. The tool is used solely by our marketing team to manage our own social media accounts and is not open to public registration.

一、我們收集哪些資料 What we collect

當您授權本工具存取您的社群帳號時,我們會取得:

帳號基本資料 — 帳號名稱、使用者代號、個人檔案圖片、帳號識別碼
存取權杖 — 由社群平台核發,用於代您發布內容
您透過本工具發布的內容 — 文字、圖片、影片
內容成效數據 — 觀看次數、按讚、留言、分享、觸及人數等平台提供的統計

我們不會收集您的社群帳號密碼 —— 授權完全透過各平台的官方授權機制進行。

When you authorize this tool to access your social media account, we receive your account profile information, an access token issued by the platform, the content you publish through the tool, and the performance metrics the platform provides. We never collect or store your social media password; authorization is handled entirely through each platform's official OAuth flow.

我們不會將資料用於廣告投放定向、不會分析您的個人行為、也不會用於訓練任何機器學習模型。

Data is used only to publish or schedule content to accounts you have authorized, to display performance metrics for internal evaluation, and to notify you when publishing fails. We do not use it for ad targeting, personal profiling, or training machine learning models.

三、資料分享 Data sharing

我們不販售、不出租、不交換您的資料給任何第三方。

資料僅在下列必要情況下傳輸:傳送至您授權的社群平台以完成發布、以及本公司自行管理的伺服器儲存。

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Data is transmitted only to the social media platforms you have authorized, and stored on servers we operate ourselves.

四、資料儲存與保留 Storage and retention

資料儲存於本公司自行管理的伺服器,以加密連線(HTTPS)傳輸。存取權杖依各平台規定期限自動失效。

您可隨時在本工具中移除已連接的帳號,移除後該帳號的存取權杖與相關資料將一併刪除。

Data is stored on servers we operate and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access tokens expire according to each platform's policy. You may disconnect an account at any time, which deletes its token and associated data.

五、您的權利 Your rights

撤銷授權 — 隨時在本工具中移除連接,或直接在社群平台的應用程式設定中撤銷
查詢與刪除 — 來信要求查詢或刪除我們持有的相關資料

You may revoke access at any time through this tool or directly in the platform's app settings, and may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.

六、兒童隱私 Children's privacy

本工具為公司內部行銷用途,不提供予未滿 18 歲者使用,亦不會刻意收集兒童資料。

This tool is for internal business use and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

七、政策變更 Changes

本政策如有修改,將更新本頁最後更新日期。
